She has been a qualified artist since graduating from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Ca. in 1985. The spotlight of the training was classical drawing, painting, design, color theory, lettering and viewpoint. She focused with unbiased study her senior year on advanced color theory, depicting, and head and hand drawing, narrowing focus to in artwork. After freelancing as an Illustrator in NYC for 2 years, she shifted to Dallas where she has worked in both the commercial and fine art grounds ever since. Her commercial painting has been utilized in TV shows, Hotels, Theater, Interior Design, and Advertising. She carried great outputs, on time, within estimated expenses, with innovation, probity, nerves of steel, and drollness. She enjoyed the dares given when painting commercially: the apparently impossible due dates, and the occasional general alarm of customers. She pompously utilized high standard professional grade materials, since she knew from experience that it matters in connection with color, continuity, and endurance.
